Last month, 3DP Unlimited held the first 3D printing workshop and training event at the world headquarters in Roscoe, Illinois. More than fifty 3D printing professionals attended this one-day event. The workshop provided attendees insights into the latest development in additive manufacturing technologies, and fundamental principles and applications of large format 3D printing. During the workshop, attendees also had the chance to participate in hands-on training sessions with the open source 3D platform, the 3DP1000.

Developed for resellers, designers, application engineers, and product managers who aim to improve their knowledge in the additive manufacturing technologies, the workshop was packed with presentations, discussions and hands-on training where participants could interact face-to-face with 3D printing experts. John Good, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at the 3DP Unlimited, who presented at the workshop, says he is excited to bring the current knowledge of additive manufacturing technologies to the table.

“It is crucial for our customers to have a good understanding of the additive manufacturing technologies, and know how to take advantage of the large format 3D printer, the 3DP1000 in their design and manufacturing process,” said Good.

3DP Unlimited is planning to host more workshops in the near future, if you are interested in participating, please contact us at [email protected]
